Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, and leads. This professional will play a key role in company events, inside sales and support various marketing initiatives.
They will have opportunities to touch many aspects of marketing – events, inside sales, lead generation, content, and more. They may influence or manage external resources such as agencies and freelancers, requiring an understanding of delegation and relationship management.
Functions
Facilitate and work with cross-functional and cross-department groups to develop and optimize campaigns to meet scope, deadline, and budgetUnderstand our brand, products, and customers to ensure alignment with marketing strategy and business needsPlan, develop and execute campaign calendar, including but not limited to events, content, lead generation, and inside salesWork alongside agencies and freelancers to support effortsProvide metrics and ROI for campaign activitiesOptimize content and completed projects based on performance metricsResearch best practices and test implementationsCoordinate events including meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitsWork within marketing platforms to facilitate inside sales communication, lead generation, and nurturing
Qualifications
B.S. /B.A. in marketing, mass communications, journalism, business, or in related discipline or equivalent experience required.1-5 years of experience in Marketing is required.Logistics experience is preferred.Competencies

Travel Requirements
