The Role: Join our creative and passionate team designing and selling custom kitchens and millwork. You’ll take the lead in guiding clients from their first inquiry to a finalized sale, blending exceptional understanding of design with a keen sales acumen. You’ll be part of a talented team creating unique designs and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting sales and margin targets. Responsibilities: Expertise in custom interior design, developing and directing concept designs through to technical sign off. Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets. Strong client relationship management and stakeholder coordination. Experience leading teams and driving collaborative projects to deadlines. Background in luxury brands and an eye for exceptional service. Comfortable helping with the day-to-day running of our showroom, from leading occasional showroom tours to hosting events.
