Brand Experience Marketing, Ticket & Suite Administration Lead

This position is responsible for managing enterprise ticket and suite assets, acting as the primary system administrator for the Truist ticket management SaaS platform, and leading initiatives to meet performance indicators within the Brand Experience Marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to align strategies and drive successful outcomes. Lead analysis of business needs, requirements, and performance metrics. Design solutions for complex business problems and maintain data sources. Utilize analytics tools (SAS, Adobe Analytics, R, Python) to improve client experience and marketing segmentation. Provide recommendations based on industry knowledge and technical understanding. Lead projects with moderate budgets and short-to-intermediate durations. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of experience in analysis and design. Strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python. Preferred: Master’s degree in related fields. Experience in banking industry and digital marketing analytics tools.
