What we do: We produce and rigorously test hundreds of video ads for our clients to support their marketing efforts on social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Many of the biggest direct-to-consumer brands rely on our team to drive their business growth. Who we are looking for: We are seeking a results-driven individual to set the overall strategic direction for client account creative. In this position, you will create high-performing ad campaigns, drive creative decision-making, and ultimately grow revenue across a variety of platforms for select clients. What you’ll do: Own strategy for clients, driving performance and revenue growth. Collaborate with content teams to execute plans, including scripting, producing, and evaluating creative assets. Use research and data to build and test hypotheses. Analyze test results, derive insights, and apply them to optimize creativity. Understand effective openings and what makes them successful. Identify top-performing concepts and build strategic plans with your team. Work with your pod to create variations and scale successful concepts. Analyze media testing and scaling on FB Ads Manager and other platforms for optimal performance. What you’ll need: Ad platform expertise: Proficient in Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Ads Manager. Strategic mindset: Able to develop and execute data-driven strategies. Creative insight: Use data to optimize creative assets and campaigns. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with content teams to execute plans. Testing & optimization: Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams. Problem-solving: Identify issues and implement effective solutions.
