mid-level Director of Sales & Marketing
to lead occupancy growth and community outreach at our
Assisted Living & Memory Care (ALF/MC) Community
in
Hillsborough, NJ . The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results-driven professional with experience in senior living sales, relationship-building, and marketing strategies. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive
occupancy and revenue growth . Build and maintain relationships with
referral sources, families, and community partners . Guide potential residents and families through the
sales process , including tours, follow-ups, and contract completion. Track
sales metrics and occupancy trends , adjusting strategies as needed. Coordinate
marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
to promote the community. Ensure a seamless
move-in process
for new residents while upholding excellent customer service. Collaborate with
operations and care teams
to align sales efforts with resident needs. Qualifications: 2+ years of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field . Strong understanding of
assisted living and memory care services . Proven ability to
meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets . Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills. Experience with
CRM systems and sales tracking tools . Ability to work independently while being a
