Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We also have an online presence that serves thousands of people who aren’t located near one of our physical sites. JOB SUMMARY The Marketing Initiative Leader role includes project management, execution, and planning. This person will help to develop strategy for and execute marketing plans and projects as set forth by the Marketing and Design Producer focusing on core ministry and projects related to fulfilling the Crossroads’ 10x Push. JOB SPECIFIC PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of marketing initiatives and projects as assigned. Coordinate tasks among all team members assigned work on an initiative or project to ensure proper workflow. Manage vendor relationships as needed. Build relationships with client team members. Perform a variety of marketing tasks such as copywriting, content publishing, and email marketing as needed. Work to create a comprehensive marketing plan for assigned marketing initiatives including understanding digital marketing/advertising. Collaborate with the Insights team and Marketing Analysts to evaluate campaigns and create actionable reports. JOB SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS Education Requirements Bachelor-level degree or equivalent college experience preferred. Skill Requirements Skills required to be successful in this position: Excellent written and oral communication. Problem-solving skills. Superb project management skills, planning, and execution. Efficient with a computer and experience within Asana is preferred. Ability to work well on a team. Ability to work efficiently and excel at time management and prioritization. Develop authentic ongoing relationships with leaders and ministry teams. Proficient with computer tools, such as Google, Asana, Slack, etc. Ability to write within the Crossroads tone and voice. Physical Requirements Able to lift 25 lbs. Scheduling/Travel Requirements In Oakley Office working is preferred. Travel outside of Cincinnati is rare but possible. Expected to work outside of “normal” schedule for All Hands on Deck high-impact events (Holy Week/Easter, Super Bowl, Christmas, others as needed), participate in all-staff meetings, Day of Solitude, offsites, etc. CROSSROADS STAFF QUALITIES Qualities all staff teammates should exhibit: Mission Oriented: committed to the Crossroads mission and expectations in the staff “I Promise” document, including using the Bible as the ultimate standard of truth, practicing spiritual disciplines, tithing, and pursuing personal purity.
