Tyndale Advisors is looking for a Graphic Designer 2. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional in graphic and web design. If you have experience designing logos, brochures, websites, and other marketing collateral, we want to hear from you!

What Requirements Should I Have?

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a graphic design role. You should be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and other graphic tools. As a team member, you will perform a variety of duties and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. We support your career growth through challenging tasks and annual performance reviews.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design marketing collateral using graphics software.
2. Support business operations as needed.
3. Perform additional duties as assigned.
4. Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with staff.
5. Track time spent on projects for billing and analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively with all management levels.
• Manage multiple tasks and project timelines efficiently.
• Pay attention to detail and accuracy.
• Research company products and markets to understand branding and target audiences.
• Experience creating templated and production graphics for print, electronic media, video, and photo editing.
• Proficiency in Pantone color matching.
• Strong understanding of typography and preparing files for print.
• Web CMS experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent knowledge of graphic design tools.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• At least three years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and similar tools.
