Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in CRM marketing to generate leads and drive patient acquisition.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with Asana as a project management system and Siteimprove as a web analytics tool.
Skilled in developing impactful presentations and report outs for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy under high volumes of work and deadlines.
Proficiency in agile strategy adaptation, seamlessly pivoting in response to new insights and emerging information.
Demonstrated capability to multitask effectively and take initiative, adept at working autonomously while maintaining the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently as required.

Pay Transparency ActAnnual Full Pay Range: $91,300 - $170,700 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)Hourly Equivalent: $43.73 - $81.75Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
