We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, along with a strong understanding of user experience principles. Proficiency in Axure and Figma is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces using Axure and Figma.Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards throughout the development process.Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.Proficiency in Axure RP for wireframing and prototyping.Experience with Figma for designing and collaborating on UI/UX projects.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Experience working in an Agile development environment.Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools.
