About the Opportunity:
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Marketing Director to lead our statewide marketing efforts. This individual will oversee a team of 6 regional Marketing Coordinators, supporting nearly 400 real estate professionals across 14 offices in Indiana. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

• Direct the vision and execution of BHHS Indiana Realty’s marketing efforts to support brokerage growth and agent success.
• Lead and manage a team of 6 Marketing Coordinators across the state of Indiana.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance development, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions for the marketing team.

Brand Development & Execution

• Ensure consistency in branding and marketing standards across all regions and media.
• Guide agents and teams in personal branding, listing promotions, and digital strategy development.
• Lead creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive results and reinforce the BHHS brand.

Agent & Office Support

• Serve as the go-to marketing partner for our broker associates—supporting onboarding, branding strategy, digital tools, and promotional materials.
• Deliver concierge-level service and guidance for agents at all stages of their business.
• Partner with managing brokers and office leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Project & Operational Oversight

• Coordinate state-level initiatives including events, campaigns, and cross-office marketing efforts.
• Manage marketing software, tools, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure quality control and timely execution of marketing deliverables across the company.
