GEICO is seeking an accomplished, customer-obsessed, and results-oriented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Commercial Servicing or Innovation team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business partners to deliver effective design solutions, working with customers, engineers, and product management to determine requirements, create mockups, user workflows, conduct user research, and provide feedback. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-quality solutions centered on the customer and achieving business outcomes. You will work directly with product management to develop solutions that meet customer and business needs. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that values human-centered design and a growth mindset. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 3 days a week at one of the following locations: Chevy Chase, MD New York City, NY Chicago, IL Palo Alto, CA Fredericksburg, VA Seattle, WA Job Responsibilities Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify customer and business needs. Translate complex ideas into understandable concepts and solutions that enhance the product experience. Manage shifting priorities, providing clear direction on product prioritization and early product definition. Advocate for the customer through human-centered design methods, including discovery, research, and testing. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on business needs. Create process and user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and UI specifications. Deliver design assets for development and market release in partnership with engineering. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in User Experience design (or 3+ years with a Master's degree). Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for cross-channel platforms (responsive web and native mobile). Proficiency in various design processes, including research, UX design, UI design, and specifications. Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Proficiency with design tools like Figma. Experience working within established design systems and agile teams. Salary Range $109,675 - $172,200 annually, with final offers based on experience, education, location, and market factors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
