Requirements Education, Licensure & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred. Master's degree preferred. Skills & Experience: Extensive experience with design tool Figma and website builder Squarespace. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers. Strong background in user research, usability testing, and design thinking. Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles. Proficiency in project management software. Experience with Jira is a plus. Proven experience designing for both websites and software applications. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills. Ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
