UI/UX Designer at Pi-Square Technologies LLC
Location: Chicago, IL
Responsibilities:
- Develop wireframes and prototypes: create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Assist Business Analysts (BA) and Project Managers (PM) in user research: lead and document interviews and surveys for key users to understand their needs.
- Utilize Dovetail for user research documentation and session recording, and manage documentation in Confluence.
- Develop user flow diagrams, empathy maps, and service blueprints.
- Design UI screens in Figma with high skill and experience.
- Create clickable prototypes in Figma, conduct demos, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
