We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Trainee (male candidates only) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for designing user-friendly digital experiences and a keen eye for aesthetics. You will collaborate with developers and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing user interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to enhance the user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design ideas.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Follow design guidelines, best practices, and UI/UX trends.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions.
- Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and testing.
Qualifications: B.Tech (IT /CSE/ECE) / MSc IT / MCA with a good academic record.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, usability, and design best practices.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
