Senior UX Designer – Analytics Applications
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with a strong background in designing analytics applications and leading UI development teams. In this role, you will drive the user experience strategy, create intuitive designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and responsive applications. Pharma domain knowledge is a big plus!

In this role, you will drive the user experience strategy, create intuitive designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and responsive applications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the UX design strategy for data-driven analytics applications.
- Collaborate with UI developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Ensure designs are scalable, responsive, and optimized for performance across devices.
- Guide and mentor a team of UI developers to maintain design consistency and best practices.
- Work closely with data visualization teams to design interactive dashboards and analytics interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, frameworks, and best practices.
- 5+ years of UX design experience, with a focus on analytics or data-driven applications.
- Proven experience leading and collaborating with UI development teams.
- Expertise in modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience with modern design frameworks (Material Design, Ant Design, Bootstrap, etc.).
- Familiarity with data visualization concepts and best practices for analytics interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile development environments.
- Excellent communication skills to present and advocate for design decisions.
- Pharma or healthcare domain knowledge is a big plus.
- Experience designing for regulatory-compliant applications (HIPAA, GxP, etc.).
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue) to collaborate effectively with developers.
