Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and identify seasonal color themes, present findings to thecommercialization team, and request lab dips. Iterate requests until lab dipsare finalized and approved. Maintainand update the mother lab dip sample collection, organizing it in twobinders—one for the office and one for off-site QC inspections—ensuringaccuracy and accessibility. Oversee theorganization, storage, record-keeping, and archival processes forpre-production samples (PPS) to maintain an efficient workflow. Create unique,innovative products aligned with the UNRL brand aesthetic while adhering toestablished quality standards. Developcomprehensive tech packs with clear, detailed instructions to transform designconcepts into production-ready prototypes. Ensure a cohesive fitacross product lines by maintaining consistency in the grading process. Serve as the primarypoint of contact with suppliers, communicating product details, timelines, andother critical information effectively. Monitor and manage development timelines to meet seasonal deadlines, providingregular updates to all relevant departments to keep stakeholders informed. Assessprototypes for design, fit, fabric, and trims; provide detailed feedback tosuppliers and refine garments until they are production-ready. Curateinspiration decks, line sheets, and assortment plans for seasonal collections,researching and identifying athleisure industry trends to maintain acompetitive edge. Measure andreview garment actuals against specified standards, scheduling fit sessionswith the fit team to achieve an optimal fit. Secure photoshoot-ready samples for theMarketing team, accompanied by a demo and a product brief highlighting keycampaign details.
Requirements
3+years of experience in Product Development focusing on grading, garmentconstruction, and technical design processes specific to apparel 3+years of experience measuring garments, creating spec sheets and grading tables Keeneye for identifying quality designs, textiles, trims, and workmanship Strongunderstanding of performance fabrics and garment construction is preferred Vastknowledge of sewing techniques, stitching properties and construction details Deadlineand detail oriented with strong project management skills Strongproblem-solving, organization, and communicationskills Abilityto operate in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency Experiencewith print/pattern and other graphic design styles is preferred Proficientin Adobe Illustrator Proficientin Microsoft Excel Experiencewith understanding costs and gross margins Experiencewith Clo3D is a bonus Passionfor sport and athleisure apparel is preferred

However, there is a broader salary range that allows for future growth and advancement. Salary levels are determined by factors such as the role, experience level, and job location. Within the established range, compensation is influenced by skills, competencies, relevant experience, education, training, and market demand.
