About The Corporate Concierge Role The Corporate Concierge will foster meaningful relationships with clients by expertly managing those eager to experience our Concierge services. Through dedicated outreach and in-person communication, you will guide each client through the entire fulfillment process. You will work onsite in a collaborative environment with our client. Your exceptional customer service skills will empower you to illuminate the possibilities, clarify their program benefits, and address inquiries.
In this role, you will work on research requests ranging from travel planning to event ticket sales, gift recommendations, event planning, and on-site services coordination. This full-time position is located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area. Please note that this is not a remote position and requires on-site presence full-time; the hourly pay is $21.63. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This position assists in the development of marketing and advertising initiatives as well as provide concierge support services You will work directly on client campaigns and creative design projects Assist with tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, providing reports and recommendations for improvement
Support the creation and editing of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, online content, and presentations Conduct research on lifestyle requests, including travel planning (domestically and internationally), event planning, museums and attractions, local activities, shopping and gifts, and more. Plan, research, and book complex travel, including airfare, private car service, car rentals, hotel accommodations, fine dining, theater plays, sporting events, concerts, cruise packages, vacation packages, and more. As an ambassador, provide exceptional service to all clients aligned with the John Paul brand. Assist in creating marketing collateral to promote the concierge service to clients. Edits and creates content for various platforms, requiring creativity and flexibility to adapt to different styles and audiences. Support our client’s brand awareness by selling local attraction tickets, merchandise swag, and order fulfillment. Assist with completing inventory audits for merchandise and event/attraction tickets. Work effectively with diverse teams, adapt to different personalities and working styles, and collaborate to achieve common goals, and maintain
a respectful and engaging work environment. Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Attendance, and Punctuality. Any other duties that are needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of this organization REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled in Business, English, Communications or related field Graduate or current enrollment in a related Bachelors or Masters degree
Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the Company in a polished and professional manner Ability to communicate effectively with clients verbally and/or in writing Event, travel, and party planning experience preferred Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully at all times Ability to effectively manage all client requests and staying organized Ability to be adaptable and flexible to navigate changing circumstances Ability to identify problems, analyze situations, and develop creative solutions is essential.
