About the Job
Our San Francisco office is seeking a Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our design-driven team.
We’re looking for a flexible, curious, and motivated Designer ready to grow technically and creatively. Our studio fosters open dialogue and encourages everyone to actively participate in the full arc of the design and building process.
You’ll partner closely with Project Architects and design teams on multiple, concurrent projects across all phases—from feasibility and entitlements, through all design and documentation phases, and to construction administration and completion—and develop the skills to deliver thoughtful, well-executed, and inspirational buildings that enhance the urban environment.

Qualifications
3-5 years of professional experience in Architecture
Professional degree in Architecture
Actively pursuing Architectural licensure
Proficient in Revit
Experience with Rhino, Sketchup, VRay, and Grasshopper
Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong coordination skills with consultants
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality
Interest in mentoringinterns
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently
What We Offer
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
