The UX team transforms customer insights into delightful, innovative product experiences that drive results and satisfaction. We seek a passionate Senior User Experience Designer to help Audible lead through product innovation. As part of our Discovery team, you will shape the future of content exploration, leveraging AI to revolutionize how listeners connect with content and creators. You will design seamless discovery experiences that delight customers, pushing boundaries with refined interfaces, AI features, and usability solutions across iOS, Android, web, and Amazon platforms. About You You are a talented designer passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. You leverage insights to craft compelling features, ensure high-quality product design, and have a growth mindset. You actively share customer knowledge, seek feedback, and continuously refine your skills. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and research Understand and refine project requirements from the customer perspective Design, iterate, and validate solutions using wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards Partner with User Research to meet customer expectations Create documentation for stakeholder understanding and development efficiency Ensure designs align with UX strategy and design systems Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UX or related roles Experience solving ambiguous problems with stakeholder collaboration Strong communication of design rationale Proficiency with design tools and methods Understanding of customer experience assessment and improvement Ability to manage multiple projects Experience with AI-enabled features and discovery is a plus Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
