In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the customer journey by designing solutions that drive growth and meet business targets. We move fast and value execution over perfection, so we need designers who can dive in, adapt quickly, and deliver effective user-centered solutions.Hybrid Schedule: In-office Tue/Wed/Thu, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Responsibilities:Investigate and interpret user experience design requirements for our digital ecosystem.Develop and implement comprehensive UI/UX design strategies across web, app, and other digital platforms.Create high-quality design solutions including wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, and storyboards.Design and optimize UI elements (navigation menus, search boxes, CTAs, etc.) to improve the user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and external partners, to deliver user-centered designs.Analyze user behavior through research methodologies and testing to guide design improvements.Work with existing design systems and patterns while contributing to their evolution.Balance immediate user challenges with long-term strategic improvements.
