Are you passionate about music, media, and publicity? A leader within the Music industry is looking for a Publicity Coordinator. This position requires a mix of administrative expertise, creative skills, and a deep understanding of the music and entertainment industry.

š° Pay: $24.53/hr
š Location: Hollywood (+ Santa Monica as needed)
š Schedule: Monday ā Friday, 9:00 AM ā 5:30 PM PST
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update project-related documents (one-sheets, timelines, quote sheets, etc.)
- Maintain artist calendars and organize all assets (photos, artwork, logos, music, bios)
- Write and distribute pitch letters, press releases, and media rollout campaigns
- Process invoices, manage budgets, and track sponsorships
- Coordinate music encoding for MediaBase and Nielsen SoundScan
- Book travel for artists, radio personnel, and contest winners
- Draft agreements for music videos, independent contractors, and authorization forms
- Submit and oversee creative requests for marketing assets (invites, posters, pseudo videos, etc.)
- Conduct research, analyze data, and compile reports
- Organize meetings, take marketing meeting minutes, and assist with scheduling
- Provide general administrative and team support
What Weāre Looking For:
- 1-2 years of marketing and/or administrative experience in music/entertainment (label experience preferred)
- Strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, online advertising, analytics, and digital media
- Ability to thrive under high pressure and fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player who maintains confidentiality with sensitive information
