Job Description Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design Implementation : Translate design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality code. Ensure designs are pixel-perfect and responsive across various devices. Front-End Development : Develop and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Implement reusable components and libraries to optimize development workflows. Collaboration : Work closely with UI/UX designers to understand design goals and user needs. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality. Performance and Usability Optimization : Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability. Ensure interfaces adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Testing and Debugging : Conduct user interface testing to identify and fix usability and performance issues. Perform cross-browser compatibility testing to ensure a consistent experience. User Experience Enhancement : Stay updated on user-centered design principles and implement best practices. Continuously gather user feedback to improve interface designs and workflows. Qualifications and Skills Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field. Experience : [X years] of experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role. Technical Skills : Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration with front-end applications. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Design Skills : Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory. Experience with creating and implementing design systems. Knowledge of accessibility standards and user-centric design. Soft Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with animations and transitions using CSS or JavaScript libraries (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion). Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress, Jest, or Selenium. Knowledge of SEO best practices for front-end development. Experience in building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs). Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 50,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 175,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
