Talent Space, Inc. is seeking a Growth Product Designer for a remote long term contract opportunity!
Growth Product Designer (UI/UX) The main function of a growth product designer is to oversee the design process of our product user experience and growth experiments. A typical growth product designer is responsible for the user experience of a product, and plays an important role in the design of our growth experiments and systems designs.
Job Responsibilities: • Creates clear hypothesis driven design and experiments, prototypes and patterns according to specifications. • Defines projects and measures of success, tests assumptions and outcomes, and incorporates feedback. • Understand and utilize design system.
Skills: Strong user centered design process and approach Effective oral and written communication. Strong knowledge of UI design principles. Strong problem-solving skills. Strategic and organizational planning skills. Previous experience with design tools such as Figma. Product Development process User Experience Design Agile Presentation Skills Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field. 8-10 years related experience required.
