UI/UX Designer - TS Cleared / AI / Tableau / Matomo An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced UI/UX Designer to contribute to a significant AI/ML platform development effort. This role focuses on creating a seamless user experience and effective interface design while collaborating with government stakeholders and development teams.

The Role The UI/UX Designer will work within a dynamic environment, responsible for gathering requirements, interacting with various agencies, and designing the UX/UI of an advanced AI/ML platform. While the position is remote, candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the Greater DC/Northern Virginia area for occasional on-site meetings. TS clearance Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, or a Master’s Degree with 5+ years of experience Proficiency in usability testing, including development of test plans, wireframes, facilitation, data analysis, and presentation Expertise in creating/documenting design concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and task flow diagrams Strong communication skills with experience presenting to end-users Prior experience in user interviews and contextual inquiries Experience in user tracking and metrics tools like Matomo Visualization skills using Qlik and/or Tableau Usability/UX-related certification (e.g., CUA) What Will Make You Stand Out While many UI/UX designers have great skills, we are looking for candidates with prior experience in government-client environments and advanced certifications in UX that could set you apart from others.
