Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Implement design and user interface mockups into functional applications
- Design & implement quality software meeting all industry accepted standards
- Participate and contribute to functional requirements analysis
- Assist with the analysis of critical application problems, support issues, data evaluation, and offer timely and practical solution recommendations
- Be able to multi-task and meet delivery deadlines set by management
- Occasionally prepare and deliver written and oral presentations
- Approach technical challenges with an open mind and desire to innovate
Leadership and Management / Supervision:
- Work actively with the other members of the team
- Provide technical leadership to junior team members
- Work closely with the Manager of UI Development
- Work cooperatively with other UI Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and User Experience Designers as part of an Agile Scrum Team
- Work with members of our RESTful team to troubleshoot and debug any API issues
- Work with team to ensure complete and correct solution
- Work with QA to ensure product quality goals
