We’re looking for a UX Writer to craft intuitive, user-centered copy across multiple digital touchpoints—including web, mobile apps, TAS (Telecom Application Services), bots, IVR, and SMS. This role is ideal for a writer with strong technical UX expertise who can create seamless content experiences that align with usability best practices and brand voice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop UX copy for new and existing flows across web, app, TAS, BOT, IVR, and SMS to enhance customer experience.
- Establish and maintain content frameworks that define how copy is structured, formatted, and organized.
- Define voice, tone, and style guidelines tailored to different channels and user interactions.
- Conduct content audits and provide recommendations for improving clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across web, TAS, SMS, and BOT platforms.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product teams, and developers to ensure content aligns with user needs and business objectives.
What You Bring
✅ Proven experience in UX writing for digital products, with a portfolio showcasing multi-platform work (web, app, IVR, chatbot, SMS).
✅ Strong understanding of content strategy, information architecture, and accessibility principles.
✅ Ability to create structured content frameworks that support design and development teams.
✅ Experience conducting content audits, A/B testing, and usability testing to optimize content effectiveness.
✅ Knowledge of design thinking and human-centered design principles.
✅ Familiarity with Figma, CMS tools, and conversational AI platforms is a plus.
