We are seeking a talented UX Design Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of UX professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a talented team of designers responsible for end-to-end Amazon Business Payments experiences.
- Manage the user experience design across multiple mid-to-large-sized programs.
- Enhance frameworks that promote high-quality designs while allowing designers to focus on impactful work.
- Exemplify Amazon Leadership Principles and elevate the design standards across the team.
- Provide coaching and feedback to enhance individual contributor and leadership capabilities.
- Drive operational excellence and cultivate a positive, inclusive team environment.
- Collaborate with leaders across various disciplines to define strategic direction and resource needs for design.
- Contribute to broader mechanisms of the Amazon Business UX team.
A Day in the Life:
You will manage a team and closely collaborate with leaders from product, engineering, and design, as well as building key partnerships with stakeholders from the Consumer Payments organization and other Amazon Business teams. You will also work alongside other UX managers addressing various facets of the Amazon Business experience.
About Amazon Business UX (ABUX):
ABUX is a close-knit team of designers, researchers, writers, and technologists located in Seattle, Austin, and Madrid. Our products cater to over 8 million business customers using Amazon Business, from small enterprises to large organizations, enhancing the procurement lifecycle and enabling business success.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of design experience.
- 3+ years of experience in leading design teams.
- Experience in managing teams and delivering integrated design outputs.
- Competency in various design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Visio, Axure, and Dreamweaver.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cross-team collaboration and synthesizing diverse feedback.
- Proficiency with agile/scrum methodologies.

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,400 to $225,500 annually, and it may vary based on market location and job-related factors. Our total compensation package may include bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive range of benefits.
