What You'll Do:Design and develop sophisticated UX/UI that enhances user interactions with premium brands, starting from conceptualization to final implementationCollaborate with creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure that designs are cohesive and aligned with business objectivesOptimize digital assets for conversion and user engagement, upholding a luxurious and sophisticated brand aestheticUtilize platforms like Webflow and Memberstack to implement responsive and functional digital interfaces effectivelyArticulate design rationale clearly, ensuring design intentions and benefits are effectively communicated across teamsProactively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs adhere to the highest quality standardsWork autonomously and lead projects, proactively addressing challenges and contributing to team objectivesDiscover latest UX trends and technologies to continuously improve the loyalty program offeringsWhat You'll Bring:A compelling portfolio demonstrating a strong ability to create sophisticated user-centered design solutions across various digital platformsAt least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of enhancing user interaction with premium brandsProficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, along with a solid understanding of Adobe Creative SuiteExperience in web development and software tools like Webflow and Memberstack for creating and managing responsive websites and subscription portalsIn-depth knowledge of user research, usability testing, and interaction designExceptional ability to communicate design concepts and strategies to team members and clients alikeStrategic thinker with a knack for creating engaging user experiences that foster loyalty and effectively function across digital platformsKeen eye for detail with exceptional skills in aesthetics and visual communicationStrong project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlinesExcellent teamwork and adaptability skills, able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environmentNice to have: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira)Motion and sound design experience is a plusWhy Join Us?Ground-floor opportunity at a fast-growing company in which you’ll immediately and directly impact the company’s future.We are a small, talented, and agile team working hard to define a new product category and having fun doing it.Diversity and inclusion are integral to our company's values and growth.
