Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid UI Developer in Phoenix, AZ . Position: UI Developer Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote in Phoenix, AZ Duration: Contract to hire Candidate Technical and Skills Profile Responsibilities include: Converting business requirements into technical deliverables Creating visualizations representing the health of CLIENT environments Developing products and views for Site Reliability Engineering Developing event-triggered orchestration and automation Preparing user documentation and release notes Must-Have Skills and Experience Experience building visualizations for network applications and server site reliability teams, working closely with SRE is crucial. 3-5 years of experience with: Grafana (required); please list any additional visualization tools UX/UI development – detail relevant experience Java Python Additional skills include anomaly detection, troubleshooting, monitoring, environment optimization, user experience enhancement, data-driven decision-making, and security/compliance support. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SRE, observability tools, statistical analysis, PHP, or degrees in graphic or visual design are a plus. Soft Skills for Success Attention to detail, teamwork, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and strong communication skills across the organization. Educational/Certification Requirements No specific degrees or certifications are explicitly required, but relevant experience is essential. Interview Process Two rounds, 30 minutes each, primarily with the manager and possibly a team member.
