UX Designer

to join our growing team. This individual will play a

critical role in shaping the user experience

across multiple platforms. This role requires

a strategic thinker with strong systems-design experience , capable of mapping out user experiences for multiple user types and ensuring seamless interactions within large-scale software environments. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

design and development

of UX strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring intuitive and scalable user experiences. Develop

user diagrams, personas, and detailed user flows

for various stakeholders, including customers, employees, and other external contractors/teams. Define

feature sets and functionalities

for multiple user types across different platforms. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to

translate business requirements into user experiences and outlined user journeys with specific detailed feature requirements . Conduct

usability testing and iteration

to refine and enhance user experiences. Qualifications and Skills:

10+ years of professional experience

in UX design, working on large-scale software systems with

at least tens of thousands of users . Proven experience in

systems thinking and UX architecture , designing platforms with

5-10+ different user types . Strong ability to

map out user flows, permissions, and interactions

across multiple platforms. Experience working on

3D-based interactive applications

is a plus. Ability to

collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders

to execute design solutions effectively. Proficiency in

Figma, LucidChart, or similar user experience design tools . Light UI design experience

—capable of defining layout structures and functionalities without being responsible for final high-fidelity designs. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in

UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field . A passion for what they do and excitement to contribute to applications that affect end users and their lives.
