Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer and Researcher to drive the assessment and redesign of a major healthcare organization's Intranet site. This role will involve deep user research, interface redesign, and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a user-centric and modernized SharePoint experience for over 1000 healthcare professionals. The first five weeks will be focused on understanding the current environment, identifying issues, and gathering end-user feedback.\n\nResponsibilities:\nConduct a comprehensive assessment of the current SharePoint Intranet site^Identify UX/UI pain points and areas of improvement^Perform user interviews and collect feedback from doctors, healthcare staff, and administrative personnel^Redesign the Intranet interface using user-centered design methodologies^Ensure the design aligns with UI/UX best practices and information architecture standards^Collaborate closely with stakeholders, IT, and end-users to validate requirements and solutions^Document all research findings, design decisions, and redesign progress for internal and client reporting^Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and incorporate best practices into the redesign
