Responsibilities: Lead UI/UX design efforts by gathering customer requirements and delivering wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Modernize existing tools and interfaces to improve usability, accessibility, and performance. Utilize Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create human-centered design solutions. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Manage tasks and documentation using Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence). Qualifications: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph. 8-10 years of experience in UI/UX design with expertise in human-centered design principles. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). Familiarity with secure networks and designing for restricted environments. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in government or defense sector projects. Still have questions?
