- Position: UX Developer
- Location: Jersey City, NJ & NYC, NY
Technical/Functional Skills
- We seek "T-shaped" professionals: specialists in UX development with interests spanning other UX disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in front-end development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with UI/UX design techniques.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Illustrator or similar tools.
- Experience with responsive and mobile web design.
- Ability to create intuitive interfaces and interaction layers, using best practices and current web trends.
- Wireframing, designing, and refining user experiences.
- Architecting information and conducting usability sessions with stakeholders.
- Delivering HTML to development teams and collaborating on multiple design options.
Managerial Skills
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior UX associates.
