As part of our Professional Services team, you'll work directly with customers to design impactful user experiences that maximize engagement and success within their products.
About the Role
We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will consult with our customers to optimize their user journeys, helping them design experiences that drive activation, engagement, and retention. You will guide them on what to measure, where and when to deliver content, and how to drive feature adoption effectively.
Beyond working with customers, you will contribute to our playbooks and best-practice libraries, helping to refine scalable solutions that our customers can implement.
What You'll Do
Customer Consultation: Work directly with customers to evaluate their user journeys and recommend strategies for improving engagement and adoption. User Journey Design: Guide customers on structuring user flows, defining key touchpoints, and optimizing in-app engagement. Content Strategy: Advise on what types of content (e.g., tooltips, modals, checklists) to serve users, when to deliver them, and where in the product they should appear. Measurement & Analytics: Help customers define and track key metrics for success, ensuring they are measuring the right behaviors and outcomes. Playbook & Solution Development: Contribute to our growing library of best practices, templates, and strategies that enable scalable, repeatable success for our customers. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams-including Product, Customer Success, and Engineering-to align research insights with broader company initiatives. What We're Looking For
3+ years of UX research, product analytics, or user journey consulting experience. Expertise in user journey design - Ability to map and optimize user flows, identify friction points, and develop engagement strategies that drive activation, adoption, and retention. Experience working across diverse products - Proven ability to adapt strategies for different industries, product types (B2B, B2C, SaaS, mobile, enterprise), and user personas, ideally in a consulting or agency-style environment. Strong expertise in user behavior analysis, product adoption strategies, and engagement best practices. Proficient in using qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., user interviews, behavioral analytics, A/B testing) to inform and validate recommendations. Strong communication and presentation skills for consulting with customers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously Bonus Points for experience in SaaS, B2B software, or product-led growth companies, particularly in an agency setting or similar role where you've had exposure to many different products Benefits:
