Marketing Coordinator
Shannon Waltchack is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing and Brokerage teams in the day-to-day operations of our team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives, and providing support with brokerage sales and leasing.
Responsibilities
- Design broker listing materials including proposals, flyers, retail maps, etc.
- Schedule and create email campaigns to brokerage community
- Coordinate signage for listings in Birmingham and outside the market
- Manage online listing services: CoStar, Crexi, Buildout, ensuring all are up-to-date and accurate
- Conduct research to assist brokerage team by utilizing software to gather property information, traffic counts, parcel information, demographics and owner information, etc.
- Manage listing agreements and contracts, timelines, documents, marketing plans, site plans, etc.
- Assist Marketing Director in the implementation of company-wide marketing and employee engagement initiatives, including company and department events
- Produce and design presentations for department meetings and events
- Assist with content creation and design for social media, website, newsletter and collateral materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years experience in marketing/brand management preferred
- Design experience: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Social Media Management
- Organized, systematic skillset with high attention to detail
- Ability to learn and master software systems
