7+ years of experience as a UX Researcher
Responsibilities: Responsible for designing and conducting qualitative research activities through a human-centered process, as well as synthesizing insights. Solves problems requiring independent judgment, developing and applying new concepts and inclusive methodologies. Partner with SMEs, product and design teams to drive the research approach, process and deliverables. Design, moderate and facilitate research activities that elicit authentic behaviors and feedback. Lead synthesis of qualitative and quantitative insights and communicate findings. Champion human-centered research best practices including methods and measurement throughout the organization. Maintain consistent, rigorous and actionable consumer advocacy to fuel an inclusive, equity-centered design culture.
