The Department of Marketing, Communications and Digital Strategy is responsible for the overall brand management for the entire Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, The James and College of Medicine. This senior consultant position sits within the Growth Marketing and Reputation Strategy Team for the department and has the main responsibility for supporting the strategic goals of the Department of Otolaryngology (ENT) – Head and Neck Surgery through reputation and volume-building marketing initiatives.Position Summary:
Develops and implements communications and marketing programs to support strategic and financial goals and objectives of Ohio State Wexner Medical Center’s Department of ENT. The Marketing and Communications Senior Consultant, ENT position works closely with the department chair and administrator to identify goals and provides strategic marketing and communications support across all three mission areas of patient care, research and education with a specific focus on driving patient volume and increasing national reputation. They must be a great client manager, communicator and project manager able to work with the marketing cross-functional team to establish and implement tactics and priorities to further the Department of Otolaryngology’s short and long-term business goals.Minimum Qualifications:
