UX Content Writer Schedule:
Hybrid T-TH Sunnyvale, CA
Tasks description : For evals, perform SxS comparisons using a predefined rubric for text, chat, factuality, multimodal, and safety. For content creation, create new data for use in eval sets or training from seed data, inspirational examples, or guidelines. Create content through model redteaming, prompt writing/engineering, and producing reports on loss patterns that might be relevant to building new eval sets Prompt and Other generative AI writing for internal or external use. Editorial Deliverables, including reviewed copyedited, and technically verified content. Review of generative AI outputs for quality, rewrites, and editing from internal and external inputs
Skill Set: Understanding of JSON & HTML Technical writing or prompt writing experience Ability to create, compile, and organize technical prompts for internal and external use. Review, revise, modify, or edit prompts prepared by others. Ability to do repetitive tasks Familiarity with enterprise data
Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory Advanced degree PhD/Masters in English, communications, HCI, journalism, a writing-intensive humanities discipline, Understanding of JSON & HTML Technical writing or prompt writing experience Ability to create, compile, and organize technical prompts for internal and external use. Review, revise, modify, or edit prompts prepared by others. Ability to do repetitive tasks Familiarity with enterprise data
Desired Excellent writing and editing skills for a broad range of audiences Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills; ability to find the right balance between process and flexibility. interest in software, machine learning, data and finance Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Self-driven with ability to work independently Experience working with user research, data, and customer feedback; ability to synthesize these into specific content choices as well as a broader content strategy Pay Range: $45-50 / hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
