As a Lead Graphic Web Designer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our digital marketing initiatives for one of the largest E-commerce websites in the U.S.

This on-site position seeks individuals who are passionate about their craft and eager to contribute to our success. Key Responsibilities Design and create engaging web pages, emails, and digital marketing materials.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts that align with business objectives.
Execute design revisions and maintain up-to-date website graphics.
Present innovative digital marketing campaigns to leadership.
Work closely with the Photography team to brainstorm new visual concepts for digital assets.
Guide and mentor junior designers and interns, fostering their professional growth.
Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Web Design or a related discipline.
5+ years of professional graphic design experience focused on web design.
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
Familiarity with Axure or similar prototyping tools is a plus.
