The Telecom Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing their telecom operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing telecom billing, managing data circuits, and ensuring seamless communication with major telecom carriers. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and vendors. Data Circuit Management: Understand and manage different types of data circuits. Select appropriate data circuits based on organizational needs. Communicate with major carriers (e.g., AT&T, Spectrum, Verizon) to track and manage data circuits. Initiate repair tickets and update cloud portals for enterprise phone systems. Documentation and Data Collection: Collect and document data from various sources, including SIM cards for IoT devices. Provision SIM cards and ensure accurate record-keeping. Maintain detailed and organized documentation for all telecom-related activities. Telecom Expense Management: Audit telecom expenses and conduct monthly reviews. Use telecom management systems to track expenses and data circuits. Provide insights and recommendations based on expense analysis. Field Management Support: Address data circuit needs for 300 locations, ensuring each location has the necessary support. Solicit bids from vendors, synthesize information, and recommend solutions. Research ISPs and coordinate with vendors to secure data circuits.
