Senior Global Talent Acquisition | looking for talents with AI/Machine Learning background.
The company is an international games developer focused on creating high-quality games across PC, mobile, and console. The teams are comprised of industry veterans with a shared mission of creating industry-leading video game experiences. This particular role will be based out of the newly created US Publishing Headquarters located in Irvine, California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute publishing strategies for the games across platforms
- Oversee global market campaigns to drive game visibility and engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, PR, product) for cross-functional alignment
- Manage publishing budget and reporting, ensuring efficient campaign execution
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and platforms
- Conduct market analysis for strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years in publishing, project management, or related fields within the gaming industry
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns and product launches
- Strong knowledge of global gaming markets and publishing best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for gaming
