Job Title: UI Designer
Location : Albany, NY 12222
Duration : Minimum - 2 years plus extension
Interview Mode: Virtual - 2 Rounds, after that in-person
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, user experience (UX) designers, developers, and educational stakeholders to create and implement design solutions.
Design user interfaces for student systems that align with brand guidelines and provide an optimal user experience.
Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
Incorporate user research findings and feedback into UI designs in collaboration with UX designers.
Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and adhere to best practices and accessibility standards.
Participate in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members.
Required Experience:
UI design experience in education, government, and corporate projects, with a focus on application development (preferred).
Experience providing strategic advice and guidance to senior management on business/functional matters.
Expertise in evaluating and improving business processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to drive business insights and identify opportunities for digital enhancement.
