What You'll Be Doing: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on: • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) • TikTok • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) • Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit Track and improve key performance indicators like ROAS, CAC, and MER. Use attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale) to guide decision-making. Collaborate with the creative team to test and refine ad content. Run A/B tests to continuously optimize performance. Deliver weekly reports with data-driven insights and recommendations. Stay current on digital advertising trends and platform updates. Requirements What We're Looking For: 2-3+ years of hands-on paid media experience for e-commerce or DTC brands. Proven success scaling ad spend ($10K-$100K+/month) profitably. Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads. Experience with Shopify and analytics tools (Triple Whale preferred). Deep understanding of marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and consumer behavior. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
