Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Professor or Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. This full-time, tenure-track faculty position offers the unique opportunity to teach multiple MBA and undergraduate marketing classes in the fall and spring semesters, fostering your professional growth and academic development in a vibrant academic community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:
PhD, DBA, or similar terminal degree in Marketing or a related business discipline. ABD candidates are encouraged to apply, but the doctoral degree must be completed by the start date. Demonstrated record of high-quality research productivity. To be considered for the Associate Professor level, candidates must have the academic credentials, including active scholarship and a strong teaching record, to qualify for that position. The Department of Business is AACSB International accredited and recognizes multiple types of research, including basic, applied, and pedagogical. The department particularly values teaching, research, and professional engagement that connects the faculty and students to the vibrant Southeast Wisconsin region and global business. The department also encourages high-impact practices such as supervising student organizations and participating in student competitions as well as undergraduate and graduate student research.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teach undergraduate and graduate marketing courses in face-to-face, online, hybrid, or competency-based formats. Advise and mentor students. Develop and update courses in various formats. Maintain currency through scholarly work and professional engagement. Attend department, college, and university meetings and participate in relevant activities and events. Provide service to the university, community, and academic profession, including advising student organizations. Perform other duties as assigned. SPECIAL NOTES:
