This is an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a top sales team covering Miami and New York markets. The ideal candidate will be able to own, implement, and execute a marketing strategy around the team and its listings. A sophisticated eye for design, a creative and unique perspective for delivering compelling marketing content and strategy, and the ability to perform independently as well as a part of the team are paramount for success in this role. This role will be based in Miami, and will be in-person working out of the firm's office.

Role and Responsibilities
- Creative direction and development of marketing strategies for the team (both listings and team branding)
- Review current marketing campaigns; audit, edit, and improve upon current marketing
- Determine and establish KPIs for marketing efforts in relation to sales goals
- Analyze website conversion and effectiveness of current promotions to determine what drives sales and what can be improved
- Identify potential new areas of opportunity; create customized plans for each area of opportunity
- Create bespoke marketing campaigns for all listings; using a combination of creative, experiential, and exceptional strategies, as well as classic real estate marketing strategies
- Identify, target, and create marketing campaigns for the appropriate audience
- Identify partnerships to enhance marketing and manage existing partnerships
- Oversee execution of marketing collateral: print, digital, and social; produce digital social assets for social media including Instagram story slides, videos, grid posts, and reels
- Liaise with corporate marketing and PR team to pitch for potential stories across all press outlets
- Oversee team branding by ensuring aesthetics and messaging are consistent across all projects, deliverables, and platforms
- Create print marketing collateral such as property brochures, client presentations, advertising, flyers, signage, and postcards
- Digital creative assets for email campaigns, digital party invitations, and responsive websites utilizing templates, advertising, and packaging
- Manage websites by ensuring properties, photos, copy, and team members are updated
- Create, plan, and manage all events around new listing launches, team events, broker open house events
- Updated CRM database including distribution lists for all clients and other brokers
- Oversee all client care: gifts, holiday cards, birthday cards, etc
- Be knowledgeable of market trends, important industry events, and other relevant information that could help promote the team and the team's business
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Adobe Suite including InDesign & Photoshop Google Suite, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Experience with all Social Media platforms; content creation and calendar management (can be delegated to an assistant)
- Minimum of three to five years working in a marketing role (luxury is preferred)
- Outstanding organization and writing skills
- Exceptional professionalism, communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, highly responsive

- Experience working collaboratively with the ability to execute independently
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, with potential for a discretionary bonus
