every class an exceptional experience. We're looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused
Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day studio operations.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager ensures the studio runs efficiently and smoothly, creating a seamless
experience for both clients and staff. You'll be the go-to person for managing schedules, supporting
staff, handling client needs, and keeping everything on track - from inventory to instructor subs.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations
- Oversee daily operations, including studio opening/closing procedures
- Maintain studio cleanliness, supplies, and equipment upkeep
- Manage class schedule, instructor coverage, and booking software (e.g., Mindbody, Bookee)
Staff Management
- Schedule and supervise 2 front desk team members
- Onboard, train, and develop staff in collaboration with the owner
Client Experience
- Resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Oversee intro offer performance and client retention workflows
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality front desk and studio experienceSales & Business Support
- Track and report on membership sales, renewals, and intro offer conversions
- Support marketing campaigns and community events
- Manage retail inventory and merchandise restocking
- Assist with payroll input and staff hours tracking
- Communicate studio needs and insights to ownership regularly
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of operations, studio management, or team leadership experience (fitness/wellness
background preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Mindbody, Bookee, Mariana Tek, or similar CRM platforms
- Passion for wellness, Pilates, and team-building
