Job description:
Job Summary:
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to craft user-centric copy for navigation, onboarding, error states, and other UX elements.
- Develop and maintain a content style guide for consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Leverage user research and analytics to enhance content effectiveness and engagement.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by working with legal and business teams.
- Integrate UX writing into broader content design strategies.
- Adapt proactively to evolving project timelines and requirements.
- Document content architecture to ensure seamless user flows.
- Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant writing experience for digital audiences, experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive UX writing samples
- Understanding of Web Accessibility Content Guidelines (WCAG) and writing accessible content
- Experience with a content style guide preferred, contributing to its creation is a plus
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Microsoft 365, Jira and other design tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
