Requirements:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience as a User Experience Designer with a strong portfolio (2+ years);
• Experience with user-cantered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Preferred:
• Salesforce experience.
• Experience as a business analyst or process analyst.
• Experience with Figma.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop and iterate on user-centric design solutions, including process flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours.
• Plan and facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and drive effective collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with product owners to understand requirements, check on adoption, and establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
• Synthesize quick mock-ups for A/B testing to validate and refine design concepts.
• Utilize business analysis or process analysis background to align design solutions with business goals.
• Create design artifacts in Figma and share with stakeholders.
