Base pay range $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Optomi Professional Services Optomi, in partnership with a premier partner in the telecommunications field, is seeking a User Experience Researcher to support a high-impact digital initiative. This role will be instrumental in improving customer experiences by conducting research that informs product development, enhances communication strategies, and streamlines service interactions. This role is designated as remote however will require applicants to be based in Dallas, TX OR Atlanta, GA to collaborate at their office as needed.
