Job ***** UX Researcher ***** TexasRemote/HybridWe are looking for a UX Researcher to lead research initiatives that drive user-centered product and service design. Your insights will shape intuitive and meaningful experiences for our users. While the primary focus is on research, familiarity with UX design principles is a plus, helping translate findings into actionable design solutions. ResponsibilitiesLead Research ***** Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys) to generate actionable insights.Analyze & Synthesize ***** Interpret data and deliver clear reports that inform product strategies and design decisions.Collaborate ***** Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate user insights throughout the product lifecycle.Advocate for ***** Ensure user needs and perspectives remain at the core of product development.Optimize Research ***** Continuously refine methodologies to enhance data quality and relevance.Mentor & ***** Support junior researchers and promote a culture of user-centered design.
